Senior Business Development

We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer with 5+ years of experience in IT sales or business development to join our growing team in Novi Sad. If you’re driven, communicative, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-growing tech company.

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and contact potential clients and partners via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other outreach tools

  • Create and manage prospecting campaigns (cold email/call and LinkedIn)
  • Develop and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
  • Stay informed about IT industry trends and Codolis’ service portfolio
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in Sales workflow
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales, or IT business development
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation and AI tools is a plus
